District Manager – Multi-Unit Leadership | $90K + Bonus | South Florida

You’ve mastered the art of restaurant operations. Now it’s time to take the reins across multiple locations and lead from a higher level.

We’re partnering with a well-known, growth-focused restaurant group seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 units across South Florida. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a seasoned operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to move the needle on both culture and financial performance.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to drive operational excellence across all locations
• Analyze P&Ls and key KPIs to identify trends, solve problems, and improve profitability
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences through quality, consistency, and service standards
• Hire, train, evaluate, and retain strong management talent
• Champion compliance in food safety, labor, and operational protocols
• Influence local store marketing strategies and community engagement efforts
• Serve as the go-to for field operations, with full accountability for performance and results

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Track record of developing leadership bench strength and reducing turnover
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and food cost controls
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Independent, hands-on leader who thrives in the field
• Must reside in South Florida or be willing to relocate
