TRC is seeking a Distribution Specialist on behalf of their client located in Norcross, GA. Details provided below. 

Shift: Mon - Fri 9am -5:30pm

Pay rate: $22-24/hr (Based on experience)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments accurately and promptly.
• Place materials on shelves, racks, or designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
• Pick, pack, and ship products in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Review all shipments for accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory counts; report discrepancies.
• Process inventory transactions for returned goods.
• Monitor temperature for temperature-controlled products.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Provide feedback and input for process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Support order entry, review, and inventory control activities as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and inventory transactions accurately.
• Experience with electric pallet jacks required.
• Familiarity with inventory management software (ERP preferred, Sage X3 a plus).
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
