\nAs a Director of Social Work for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you'll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Social Work is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.
\n \nAs the Director of Social Work:
\nYou are responsible for management of the Social Work and Group Therapy Departments.
\nYou will advocate for the interests and safety of the patients and department members while acting in accordance with compliance regulations.
\nYou are required to provide supervision, as needed and appropriate, to any department member requiring guidance, as well as any department member eligible for licensure, as required by that specific licensure board.
\nYou will conduct monthly group supervision of each department, regardless of member licensure status.
\nYou will attend any internal or external meetings as required by the senior leadership team or department members requiring additional support.
\nThe Director of Social Work will have the following:
\nLICSW required.
\nMinimal 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting.
\nMinimal 2 years of experience in a management role.
\nValid CPR certification preferred.
\nSufficient typing and computer skills to facilitate use of Electronic Health Record preferred.
\nExperience with Electronic Health Record, including Medsphere/Vista

\n Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.
\n$105,000 - $135,000
