Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Advisor to join our growing remote team in Germany. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat and email. Troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate customer issues as necessary, ensuring timely solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for product or service enhancements. Uphold company policies, service standards, and data privacy regulations in all interactions. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and politely. Basic knowledge of customer support systems, CRM tools, or helpdesk software. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of chat/email inquiries efficiently. Adaptable, patient, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is preferred. Experience handling chat and email support specifically is an advantage. Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or knowledge management platforms is desirable. Working Hours Full-time position with flexible remote hours. Primarily based on Germany time zone; may require occasional evening or weekend shifts depending on business needs. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
