Position Overview The Customer Success Specialist will be the face of HVAC Quote for our clients — ensuring that every customer is onboarded successfully, understands how to use our platform to its fullest potential, and receives ongoing support to drive results. You’ll proactively reach out to clients, gather feedback, resolve issues, and help optimize their experience with our software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, loves building relationships, and is looking for a growth path into a Customer Success Manager position as we continue to scale. Make sure you research our website to see what we are all about: Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process — from kickoff call to full setup — ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Customer Support & Retention: Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, responding to questions, solving problems, and escalating technical issues when necessary. Client Engagement: Regularly check in with customers via calls, emails, and video meetings to ensure they are maximizing the value of the HVAC Quote platform. Training & Enablement: Conduct walkthroughs, create helpful resources, and train customers on new product features and best practices. Feedback Collection: Gather and share customer feedback to help improve our product, marketing, and sales processes. Success Metrics: Track customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Process Improvement: Help refine our customer success systems and documentation as HVAC Quote continues to scale. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support (preferably SaaS or tech industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and video. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly. A problem-solver mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HighLevel, or similar) is a plus. Based in Phoenix, AZ (local or willing to relocate).
