Compensation: Pay from $24 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential, plus a $2 shift differential.

Location: Kenosha Branch, 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI 53144

Position Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and inquiries using cutting-edge technology in a collaborative call center environment.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
• Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.
• Become a product and solutions expert as we equip you to confidently answer product, pricing, and shipping questions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we are committed to training you to deliver legendary service!
