Salary: 135,000 - 165,000

Summary:

We are a dynamic and growing construction company seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Pre-Construction Manager to lead our efforts in Pre-Construction, Business Development, and Estimating. This role is critical to our success in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships and driving strategic growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction efforts including budgeting, design coordination, and bid preparation
• Develop and maintain client relationships; participate in RFPs and project interviews
• Manage estimating processes including takeoffs, bid leveling, and subcontractor coordination
• Prepare and execute contracts, schedules, and procurement plans
• Oversee project planning, staffing, and execution from concept to close-out
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Track budgets, change orders, and job cost reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and construction standards

Experience:

• Proven experience in
  Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Project Management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in tools like Bluebeam and bid management platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
