Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Business Development Executive position include:- Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in construction services- Existing rolodex of industry contacts; must have experience with GCs or CMs- Drive strategic sales initiatives and achieve revenue/profitability targets- Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships- Present to potential and current clients to secure long-term contracts- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales reporting- Travel 50%+ across DC, MD, NY, and surrounding regions- Opportunity to move into ownership/partnership in the near futureSalary: $120,000 - $150,000 base, plus uncapped commission (total potential $200,000 - $250,000+), commensurate with experience.
