Location:

Based in Orlando, FL, serving patients in Greater Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas.

Your Role as a Clinical Manager, RN:

• Supervise home health services to ensure patients receive high-quality care as prescribed by physicians.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare, Federal, Insurance, and Company guidelines.
• Follow and enforce Agency policies and procedures to set a strong example for the team.
• Maintain compliance with accepted professional standards, principles, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Stay up to date on all relevant guidelines, policies, and protocols to support quality care.

Qualifications:

• An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required).
• One year of experience in skilled, geriatric home health care with proficiency in Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• Willingness to travel as needed to support patient care and team operations.
• Two years of experience as an RN in acute care, med/surge, ICU, or ER settings (required).

• Compensation: Salary ($80,000 to $85,000) + quarterly bonus incentives
• Setting: This is a Monday-Friday, in-office position
• Additional Earning Potential: Field visits performed by the Clinical Manager are compensated outside the salary at a pay-per-visit rate to maximize earning potential
• EMR & Charting: We utilize WellSky (formerly Kinnser) as our EMR platform and provide dictation/transcription services to support efficient and timely documentation.
