Operational Oversight: Drive operational excellence across companies, optimizing performance, profitability, and efficiency in sales, rentals, and new ventures. Financial Stewardship: Accelerate revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure financial health through savvy resource allocation and fundraising. Team Building: Recruit and inspire executive teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and partners, articulating progress and strategic initiatives. Market Expansion: Seize new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to fuel portfolio growth across industries. Risk Management: Proactively mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of executive leadership, with 5+ years as a CEO or equivalent, ideally managing multiple businesses or divisions. Industry Expertise: Proven success scaling companies, preferably in equipment sales, rentals, or related sectors, with adaptability to lead diverse industries. Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial modeling, P&L management, fundraising, and investor relations. Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
