They are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of growth.

Position Summary:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the MGA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance program business, particularly in the construction sector, and possess deep expertise in reinsurance partnerships and carrier negotiations. The CEO will work closely with investors, carrier partners, reinsurance markets, and regulatory bodies to position the company as a leader in the space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and execute the overall strategic vision of the MGA in alignment with market opportunities and company goals.
• Oversee underwriting performance, carrier relations, and program development.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with reinsurance partners, capacity providers, and key stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team and scalable operational infrastructure.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound corporate governance.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including new program launches and geographic expansion.
• Serve as the face of the organization in industry forums, conferences, and with strategic partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in an MGA or program administrator environment.
• Deep understanding of the construction insurance market, including underwriting and risk selection.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing reinsurance treaties and carrier capacity.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to scale an organization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
