Pay Range $30.15 - $46.13 (plus shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities) Job Type and Schedule Per-Diem, Variable shift, On-site, Full-time Description The Chaplain provides professional and competent spiritual care ministry and is responsible for serving the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of others in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. As a member of the healthcare team, the chaplain implements the mission, values, polices, and procedures of the Department of Spiritual Health Services and the facility in which they serve. Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or relevant religious studies similarly accepted in chaplaincy board certifying organizations. Or equivalent education/experience. Coursework/Training and Four clinical pastoral education units. Within 3 years of hire National Chaplain Certification.
