Position: Capture Manager

Location: Candidates in the DC area are preferred; remote options considered for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a capture plan for key opportunities in collaboration with Program Managers and Business Development teams.
• Leverage existing relationships and build new ones to meet customer needs and enhance competitiveness.
• Lead strategies for winning proposals, including win themes, solutions, teaming, and pricing strategies.
• Drive proposal writing and manage technical and management volumes.
• Identify efficiencies through automation, tools, and data reuse.
• Contribute to Harmonia's long-term strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with the Shipley Capture Workbook or similar systems.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and identify solutions.
• Experience with federal procurement sources like GovWin, LinkedIn, and congressional budget justifications.
• Developing detailed capture plan narratives.
• Performing probability of win calculations.
• Leading milestone and gate reviews.
• Minimum of 4 years related experience; 8+ years for senior roles.
