Business Analyst: Need just 1-3+ Years of Experience
We are looking for an entry level Business Analyst to join our client's growing team in Stamford, Connecticut. This role involves working closely with executive leadership, providing valuable insights and data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing business processes, documenting workflows, and translating complex information into accessible materials.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to deliver actionable data and insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Organize, document, and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide thorough analysis and documentation of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate changes in processes into clear, user-friendly materials for stakeholders.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Targeting internship experience, ideally in a Business Analyst capacity or a related position.
• An understanding of business process functions.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in preparing and managing business requirement documents.
• Top notch analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with executive leadership.
