We operate 24/7 with various on-site shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment utilizing top-tier technology.
Interact with customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Guide customers through navigating Uline's website and online ordering process.
Become an expert in our products and solutions! Receive training to confidently address questions regarding products, pricing, and shipping.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we're dedicated to training you to deliver legendary service to our customers!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) - must be fluent in both verbal and written communication.
