Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in product knowledge, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Review customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels to assess quality and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
Suggest process enhancements to management aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions to communicate updates and provide ongoing training and coaching.
Manage escalated customer issues and offer consistent support for customer interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
