AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSOCIATE

Helms Bros. Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales consultant. We are committed to developing career professionals that thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented sales environment. Sales consultants at Helms Bros craft a complete client purchase experience, from greeting to delivery, with the help of a supportive team of Sales and Business managers. Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting and establishing rapport with clients
Assisting with vehicle selection based on client's needs and consultant's product knowledge
Conducting vehicle test drives
Calculating lease and finance payments
Negotiating purchase prices
Coordinating and conducting vehicle delivery
Communicating with prospective and current clients in person, via telephone, text and email

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of two years experience in retail automotive sales
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Fluency in multiple languages
Computer literacy
Conscientious, meticulous work habits
Highly developed sense of humor
Prior car sales experience
