Keystone Autism Services is seeking a Clinical Specialist (Skill Builder Specialist) to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

The Clinical Specialist is a clinically oriented position responsible for using Positive Behavior techniques including systematic instruction and ongoing assessment to teach skills to young adults with Autism. This position provides consultative guidance and mentor team members, maintains records, and reviews documentation relative to individual plans for accuracy, objectivity, respect, timeliness, and adherence to regulations.

Job Details/Benefits:

• $2500 Sign-On Bonus as eligible per incentive guidelines, exclusive incentive for full-time position
• Full time, nonexempt position
• Hybrid position, working from home and our (Harrisburg, Exton, Lancaster) office
• $24 per hour, may increase based on relevant work experience

Minimum Educational Requirements: (One of the following)

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, education, or related human services field
• Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field with three years of experience directly supporting individuals with Autism in the community

Additional Minimum Requirements:

• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• Intermediate computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and learn web-based systems
• Valid driver's license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
