Mitchell and Davis, a small but dynamic law firm based in Augusta, is seeking a highly skilled Consulting Attorney to join our team on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of law, including but not limited to:

* Family Law
* Personal Injury
* Real Estate
* Probate
* Criminal Law

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provide expert legal advice and representation in various legal matters.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents.
* Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.
* Collaborate with our team to develop legal strategies and solutions.

*Work Environment:*
in house This role is primarily remote/ in house offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location. However, candidates are welcome to utilize our office space in Augusta if they prefer an in-office environment. The candidate must be within travel distance of Augusta, Maine. Willing to go to court hearing as needed.
