A day in your life as a BWS Assistant Store Manager

• Youll empower, inspire and develop your team to achieve goals and perform at their best, utilising business programs and your own initiative
• Youll promote a customer-centric, safety-first culture with a continuous improvement mindset and
• Youll complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management, housekeeping and team leadership with a specific focus on driving sales and achieving budgets
• Youll leverage your people skills to foster the best-ever customer and team experience - because boring doesnt work here
• Youll identify and deliver on growth opportunities, business objectives and key performance indicators
• Youll be responsible for upholding service of alcohol guidelines
• Youll inspire customers and your local community by tailoring your store's presentation and activities
