Job Description:
• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including preparing and issuing invoices, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on past due balances.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to payments, deductions, or disputes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on receivables status, aging, and collections activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and provide supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support process improvements to streamline accounts receivable operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with both internal teams and external customers.
• Professional, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
